Our experience for your pet normally lasts between 2 to 4 hours. You are expected to be on time for your appointment and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call at 630.440.1811.
We would also like new clients to fill out some paper work when they arrive. Arriving a little early helps us stay on time, while you fill out the necessary information.
If you would like to print out your paperwork, and have it at the ready on your appointment date, you can always see it [here] or you can go to our online booking site, and set up your client profile online. Please be aware of our company policies:
No Show/Cancelation Policy: We take our appointment scheduling very seriously in order to maintain proper quality and care of our pets. We require a 24 hour notice if you are canceling your appointment. If you cancel after the scheduled time, there is a no show fee of $35. If you miss your appointment 3 times, without canceling your appointment within the required time, you will be required to prepay for your appointments. If you do not show up and you have to prepay your appointments, then prepaid amount is non-refundable.
Daycare Policy: Although we love having your pets in our care, we can not keep them all day long. Our space is very limited. If they are with us for more than 3 hours, your pet will be let out to potty, and you will a fee for every hour it stays of $10. We simply do not harbor enough space to hold dogs all day, nor are we going to allow them to roam or play.
After Hours Policy: We close at 5 PM Monday - Friday, and 3 PM on Saturdays. Just because this is a home, does not mean you can leave your pet until you are done what you are doing. We have limited space, and if you do no pick up your pet within the business hours, you will be charged a boarding fee of $60.
Forgotten Pet Policy: If your pet is left with us longer than the night left and no attempt has been made by you to contact us after 2 days of abandonment, you relinquish the right to your pet/s and we reserve the right to responsibly re-home your pet. We try to every possible way to contact you before we allow the pet to be considered "left behind"
