This is a charge towards one certification (terrier, sporting, non-sporting) at the All American Grooming Show. Please have your evaluation test receipt ready for proof or your scores will not be submitted. You will also need to fill out the form so scores will be summited upon purchase. If you fail to submit your information and proof of AKC evaluation purchase, then your scores will be held for 30 days or forfeited
